Eighties Sugar channels mall-culture optimism and arcade joy through sustainable craft. Pastel confetti sprinkles—light pink, pale yellow, sky blue, and white—scatter across deep black webbing in playful disorder. The design celebrates 80s excess without irony, turning nostalgia into wearable color energy.

Material Origin:

ECONYL® nylon from Aquafil begins as fishing nets recovered from the Mediterranean. Regeneration transforms them into high-performance yarn using 90% less energy than virgin nylon. REPREVE® recycled polyester from bottles adds the tactile sprinkle texture, creating a layered surface feel.

European Craft:

Woven in Germany to achieve intentionally irregular distribution that feels spontaneous yet controlled. Assembled by Ágó in Mosonmagyaróvár under spotless workshop conditions—pastel shades reveal every detail. Seventeen precise operations complete each collar. Due Emme ECONABLE® hardware uses thread colors tuned to the dominant sprinkles for visual cohesion.

Materials you can trust

Each strap starts as ECONYL® regenerated nylon from Aquafil in Italy, paired with REPREVE® recycled canvas. Hardware comes from Due Emme’s ECONABLE® system in Italy or Fidlock® magnetic engineering in Germany. Threads by Gütermann and labels by Wunderlabel—both OEKO-TEX® certified—complete the build.

Recycled Classic Line holds 88.6 % recycled content and saves 1.2 L of oil per collar. Magnetic Line averages ~75 %, saving 1.1 L. Every collar reuses about 0.6 bottles. Small-batch production cuts waste, and all shipments are carbon-neutral across the EU.
