Material Origin:

Every thread begins as waste reclaimed for design. ECONYL® nylon from Aquafil in Italy starts as ghost nets recovered from the Mediterranean. Regeneration turns them into high-performance yarn. REPREVE® recycled polyester from post-consumer bottles adds strength and color definition, ensuring sharp contrast across the neon spectrum.

European Craft:

Woven in Germany on precision jacquard looms translating digital geometry into tactile textile. Each collar is assembled by Ágó in Mosonmagyaróvár through seventeen detailed operations. Due Emme ECONABLE® hardware completes the closed-loop structure. Box-and-cross reinforcement at stress points ensures lasting durability.

Recycled Classic Line holds 88.6 % recycled content and saves 1.2 L of oil per collar. Magnetic Line averages ~75 %, saving 1.1 L. Every collar reuses about 0.6 bottles. Small-batch production cuts waste, and all shipments are carbon-neutral across the EU.
